Age Concern Hampshire
Age Concern Hampshire is an independent charity working across the county to promote independent living to over-50s. We provide information and advice as well as activities, wellbeing and care to over 58,000 people each year.
Carers Together is a carer led charity that offers support for unpaid carers living anywhere in Hampshire including Southampton and Portsmouth.
Upfront, from Carers UK, is the first online guide of its kind to give tailored financial and practical information to those who are new to caring. As well as the practical and financial support, it provides information to help carers manage the impact of caring on health and relationships.
Community Action Fareham
Community Action Fareham works with community groups and charities in the Fareham borough, growing community spirit so that people feel included, and are active, healthier and happier. Importantly, we work with our local councils who provide funding for us to support this community activity.

Help in Bereavement
Help in Bereavement is a registered charity. It has been running since 1979, supporting people of all ages when they are struggling with the loss of a loved one. The trained Visitors usually meet people in their own home for about an hour each visit and for as long as is needed. It is a free service.
