Singing Group
Singing improves breathing and posture, improves spirits and lifts depression, and may well improve facial mobility.
Sessions include a warm up, breathing exercises, tongue twisters and singing in unison and harmony.
Our singers find their memories and concentration tested, as well as their vocal cords, facial muscles and breathe control, but it is FUN!
Don’t be put off if you think you can’t sing. Anyone who wants to sing is welcome. You don’t need to read music as teaching will be by ear. A variety of songs will be used with some sung in harmony.
When:
15:30 – 16:00 on Social Afternoons
Where:
Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington, Fareham PO14 2PP (Click here for a map, opens in a new window).
